Label: Earth Dog Records
Jek is a Brooklyn-based DJ, producer, visual artist, and co-founder of Earth Dog Records. Drawing on early tech house and progressive house, his hypnotic, psychedelic sound is part of a wider creative practice encompassing music, visual art, label curation, and DIY events.
A regular at NYC institutions Basement and Nowadays, Jek is also a resident at Signal through Earth Dog’s label residency. His international appearances include Solstice Festival, Sustain Release, Bassiani and FOLD, alongside an extended Earth Dog takeover at Outsider Festival.
With releases on Earth Dog, Pure Space and Lagunas, and mixes for Hessle Audio, MUDD Show and Harmony Records, his productions and selections reflect the same exploratory approach. Alongside his solo sets, he frequently performs live and back-to-back with Earth Dog co-founder djfix.
