We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and talented individual to join our dedicated production team in a part-time role. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be methodical in their approach to tasks. The majority of the day will be spent liaising with artists, promoters, sub-agents and other contractors. As a fast-paced role, it’s a good fit for a conscientious person, with strong time management.  

With lots of opportunities to work on and attend events you will gain a deeper understanding of the music industry. The role is well-suited to someone with a passion for music, nightlife and the artists we represent.

The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively is key to this position. You will be able to work on your own initiative, be excited about bringing ideas to the team, and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.

Skills and experience:

  • Booking travel and other logistical arrangements.

  • Working with internal booking software

  • Confident managing a busy inbox.

  • Confident use of Google Docs, Sheets and other Google Suite tools.

  • Maintaining clear professional communication, in high-pressure work environments 

  • Detail-oriented individual with strong proofreading skills.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Experience working in events - we are looking for transferable skills

  • Previous experience in event,  festival or agency production / logistics is desirable. 

Responsibilities:


  • Working alongside agents to support them in delivering shows. 

  • Routing, and booking travel for artists.

  • Invoice creation and chasing 

  • Collating itineraries, and liaising with promoters, venues and artists to deadlines.

  • Reporting to Head of Production

  • Maintaining and updating artist documents, riders and EPKs.

  • Visa preparation for artists.

  • Keeping on top of a busy inbox, answering all emails relating to show logistics and itineraries.

  • Assisting with other tasks, and ad hoc duties such as venue / promoter research, and mailouts as needed.

  • Able to work confidently with international organisations, and understand the nuances of cross-cultural communication.

  • Responsible for final checks on invoices, itineraries and show details - working to ensure that key information is not missed. 

  • Aiming to maintain clarity and accuracy when communicating with artists, promoters and agents.
